1. Role of Corporate Concierge

Corporate Concierge acts solely as a travel advisor and intermediary between clients and independent third-party travel suppliers, which may include airlines, hotels, resorts, transportation providers, tour operators, event venues, and other service providers (“Suppliers”).

We do not own, operate, or control any Suppliers, and we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of any Supplier.

2. Limitation of Liability

Corporate Concierge is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or expense caused by or resulting from:

  • Airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or missed connections

  • Hotel overbookings, service failures, or accommodation changes

  • Acts or omissions of any Supplier

  • Mechanical breakdowns, strikes, weather events, or natural disasters

  • Government actions, travel restrictions, or border closures

  • Force majeure events including, but not limited to, pandemics, acts of God, or civil unrest

We are also not responsible for missed travel, denied boarding, or disruptions caused by traveler error, including failure to arrive on time, incorrect documentation, or failure to follow supplier policies.

3. No Guarantee of Travel Services

While we use reasonable care and professional judgment in selecting Suppliers and planning travel, we do not guarantee:

  • Availability of specific flights, hotels, or amenities

  • Pricing accuracy once provided by Suppliers

  • Supplier performance or service quality

All travel services are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations imposed by the respective Suppliers.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring passports, visas, and required documentation are valid and current

  • Complying with airline, hotel, and government requirements

  • Reviewing itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents for accuracy

  • Arriving on time for flights, transfers, meetings, and events

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in denied service or additional costs for which [Your Business Name] is not liable.

5. Fees, Payments & Refunds

Planning fees, retainers, and professional service fees charged by Corporate Concierge are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds for airfare, accommodations, or other travel services are governed solely by Supplier policies. We do not control Supplier refund decisions and cannot guarantee refunds.

6. Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations requested by the client may result in:

  • Supplier-imposed penalties or fees

  • Additional professional service fees

We are not responsible for fees incurred due to Supplier policies or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Force Majeure

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
